Our products are made to order. Please allow approximately 1–5 days for production and processing. We primarily ship through Blue Dart Surface, with delivery estimated within 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier serviceability. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and delays may occur during holidays, high order volumes or courier disruptions.

We’ll share tracking details once your order is dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. For shipping queries, contact connect@kozynook.in.
